As Client Service Manager, Bayley works closely with the Financial Strategies Group advisors to facilitate client onboarding and ongoing service needs, while also providing support across the team to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly. Her organized approach and attention to detail keep processes efficient and responsive for both our client community and our advisors.
Bayley’s mission is to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment. She brings a strong sense of organization and a genuine enjoyment of relationship-building, which she applies daily to keep things moving smoothly and productively behind the scenes.
Prior to joining Financial Strategies Group, Bayley worked in aircraft charter management, where she handled accounting responsibilities and maintained relationships with charter owners. That experience strengthened her ability to manage complex details while delivering consistent, high-touch service, skills that translate seamlessly into her client service role today.
Bayley holds a bachelor’s degree in business communications from Indiana University, bringing a strong foundation in intentional connection, coordination, and collaboration.
Outside of the office, family is everything to Bayley. She enjoys spending time with her active family, especially when it means being outdoors and hiking together.
